Folks, thanks for all the support you've shown through your thoughtful comments recently. I really, really appreciate the gratitude you've all conveyed. I've reviewed all the comments and I think I've reached a decision...

I am going to go with Option 3 - to delete selected photos from the less-than-spectacular posts of the past. In this way, folks can still reference older posts - but they may be only able to see 2 photos of an 8-photo set. This will take some work, and I'll do it iteratively over the next several weeks. In the meantime, I still should be able to update the blog several times a week.

As for the offers of cash donations... I really do appreciate these generous offers. But at this point in time though, I'm going to keep this site operating on a gratis basis.
