I've ranted on here previously about Paris Hilton's large sinewy feet and how, despite all the pumps she wears, her footwear rarely shows any good toe cleavage. Well, that's not the case with Paris' sister here. She's donning some nice Louboutins, and is displaying some nice TC.

I believe this is the second time we've featured the lesser known sister of a celebrity (who we've also featured prior). The first was Haylie Duff. Well, now we have Paris Hilton's sister Nicky. Nicky may actually be sporting better toe cleavage than what Paris normally does. I really like her choice of footwear here.
