Once again, I have no idea who this gal is, nor why she's famous. But she's apparently in the public eye, and probably an actress on some obscure TV show, on some obscure cable network. I could just look her up on IMDB, but naah. Not today. Just enjoy her toe cleavage pumps. That is, if you can get past that ugly-ass tatoo on the front of her leg. What is that a tatoo of, anyway? a giant mosquito?

I've ranted on here previously about Paris Hilton's large sinewy feet and how, despite all the pumps she wears, her footwear rarely shows any good toe cleavage. Well, that's not the case with Paris' sister here. She's donning some nice Louboutins, and is displaying some nice TC.
